At FB County, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
